Grow Your Business...

How can you use the same thinking to grow your business to extreme proportions, that Jon Berghoff uses to run extreme marathons?

For example, what was Jon thinking when he had been running for 27 hours straight through record break temperatures (100+ degrees F) and how could you apply that to your business?

And, what was Jon thinking while running at night, up to the top of a 2,400 ft. mountain peak (for the second time during this race) and how might that make your problems seem easier to tackle?

And, what was going through his mind when he felt like giving up, but only had 2 miles to go to complete this world renowned 100 Mile Extreme Marathon run?

Great job Jon. As a runner, I've always been proud to say that I've run 10 marathons in the past twenty years. You've just run 12+ in eight days! But I also understand your message which has little or nothing to do with running. You've been an inspiration and I'm sure your actions will trickle down into a lot of people doing good things for themselves, their families, their communities and the world. Rest, relax and be proud - you deserve it.

You journey has been an inspiration ... I thank Jen for sharing the link. In my world I see a lot of children and families suffer and too often people say I don't know how you do it ... I always think how can you not this is your child. As a nonrunner I found myself at your day 6 thinking how do you do that ... But the spirit is willing and the goal is awesome and so now my new catch phrase will be you do it because despite what we are dealt we choose to live life in the front row!!!

from the moment i read the info saying the intention of the run i was hooked, and as you can imagine being a vector manager i was able to related it to the people in my office, if they weren't watching the videos i would keep them updated, and when ppl try and say something like "i can't do it" i let them know what is possible. if you can push yourself physically and mentally and realize there's not limit.

COME ON, DON'T GIVE UP!! We ran a typical laptop battery of tests, including games, applications, and a couple other areas. Time constraints limited the amount of testing we could get done before the NDA lift (and it's already a few hours late), but we will be providing a follow-up article with further testing and information. That said, if there are any specific areas that you'd like to see tested, feel free to e-mail me or leave a comment.
